The legal ops function has grown enormously since Blickstein Group, in cooperation with Consilio, launched the first Law Department Operations Survey in 2008. Since then, the Annual LDO Survey has been the definitive resource for benchmarking and building understanding around the emerging profession.
We are hosting a roundtable discussion in Chicago on Thursday, December 13th to preview the results of the 2018 Blickstein Group Law Department Operations Survey. This roundtable will be your first opportunity to delve into the new 2018 data. Together, we will discuss how the following have changed:
- KPIs and key challenges
- Reporting structures
- Relationships with outside counsel
- Cost control strategies, and more!
Registration and Networking will run from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and a preview of the results and the roundtable discussion will run from 10:30 a.m. to noon, followed by lunch.
